How to Make Chicken Wijen

 
Materials :

- 300 gr of chicken

- 100 gr of wijen

- 1 teaspoons of salt

- lime water, and oil for frying

How to Make:

- Soak the chicken with salt water, lime, and pepper, let stand a few minutes

- Jerky the chicken with wijen and then fried in hot oil

- Fried the chicken until dry, litf and the Chicken wijen be served
