Materials :
- a piece of back goat’s tigh
- hang and reside it for a night then
- chop it cubically and pin it with satay stick
Peanut Flavor :
- ½ kilograms of peanut
- fry it without any oil and clear it from their crust then puree
- 1 liter of thick coconut milk
- A pinch of salt
Roasted flavor :
- 4 spoons of soybean sauce
- 3 spoons of peanut flavor
- 2 spoons of vegetable oil
Steps :
Roll over the sate on roasted flavor, then roast until done. Served it with peanut flavor which has mixed with 3 spoons of soybean sweet sauce, chopped onion, chopped chili and pickers.
