group decided to make crispy chips of kentoreng.
Kentoreng is a kind of talas. Talas has nutrient that not lose high from food material other. Moreover, in the region of Indonesia, talas used as material pronoun for rice, except some nutrient, talas also has notion nice and delicious and be snack nutrient in your days. So, we choose talas to become our product.
To make crispy chips of kentoreng we need materials are talas, vegetable oil, spicy seasoning, lime jealous. For equipment we need equipments are casserole, knife, stove, and stik. And then the process to make it are first, prepare the material, then clean and peel the talas, after that slice the talas to a long thin space, fry the talas into hot vegetable oil, gasoive the spicy seasoning to the talas and the last packing the talas into a plastic pack.
